My name is Jackie. I have been grooming pets for 18 years. I started in a salon in New York. My trainer always said I had a talent for grooming. I moved to Florida in 2001 and started working for Katelyn Kennels Pet Grooming. In 2004 I bought the business from the owner and have run it ever since. My business has expanded recently to include natural pet treats, custom gifts printed on a wide array of items. Also we have a professional photographer that comes and takes pictures of your pet four (4) times a year. Check back to see dates and times.
Our Custom Gifts are sublimation items. Sublimation is a heat pressed dye that goes right into the pores of the item it is being pressed on. The colors are more true. The products last longer than normal heat press procedures. We carry T-Shirts, mugs, mouse pads, ceramic tiles, keychains and keychain holders, jewelry boxes, etc.If you can think of it we can get it. As well as custom Pet Memorial Urns. All we need is your favorite picture and what item you want imprinted.
Our photographers have been in Lehigh Acres for 10 years and have been doing pet photography exclusively for the past 5 years. We have done many projects together including a benefit calendar to help A.R.C. and the Gulf Coast Humane Society. We have done many fundraisers for them and for CatTails Cat Rescue. Our next session of photos will be for the spring, so please look back for dates.
As well as grooming I also hold a basic obedience class and puppy training class. The new classes will begin soon so PLEASE look back to see the dates and times.
We have a new addition at A + Pet Groomig. We are proud to welcome Honey's Heavenly Hosts, Kim Perrine to ourshop. Kim is a certified pet sitter and also does home daycare. As of March 1st. Kim will be starting a "Doggie" Daycare. Where you can bring in your small dog for a day of fun and relaxation. Perfect for the dog with seperation anxiety. Our first obedience classes will be starting in April. Sign ups are starting March 1st. The puppy class from 6:30 pm til 7:30pm, The basic class is from 7:30pm til 8:30pm. The cost for the classes is $45.00. It is a six weeks coarse. We will cover all the basics.
